Sometimes “firsts” just happen. Monday’s are my …hmmm…to put it politely….rear end work out days. I share them with my friend Loraine Ballard Morrill. I should say we share the torture and the trainer, Suzie Baumeister, at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Bala Cynwyd.
Suzie is a little crazy. She’s not happy unless we’re near tears. This means hundreds of lunges from every direction. Any way to make the derrierre hurt , that’s what her goal is.
Today after she put rubber straps around our legs to do side squat lunge things, Loraine and I picked up the same beat of the music playing and started doing a little spontaneous dance. Trainer Matt Schoell thought it was funny and shot it on his cell phone. Thanks Matt.
Dance or not my derrierre hurts. That will make Suzie smile.
