I always wanted to throw pizza dough. Chef Shane Solomon at Stephen Starr restaurant Stella offered to show me how it’s done.
But we didn’t really “throw”. We kind of …hmmm…well it’s a good technique whatever it was and fantastic authentic pizza. Just good ingredients and a wood fire stove. Yum.
